Who we are
The controller is 2Lines Sistem SRL, Bucharest, Romania, the company behind PlusPanel and PlusHost.ro. Contact: ops@pluspanel.net.
What we store
- your email address;
- your name, only if you give it;
- the language of the page you used (English, Romanian or Spanish);
- the date and time you gave your consent;
- a one-way keyed hash of your IP address, used only to stop abuse of the form. We never store the IP address itself.
Why
Only to tell you when PlusPanel launches and to hold the founding offer for you. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We send no newsletter and share the data with no one.
Where
On our own servers in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts or fonts.
Like any web server, ours keeps technical access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for at most 7 days, for security and to fight abuse (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long
Until you ask us to remove it, or until the waitlist is closed after launch, whichever comes first.
Removal and your rights
To be removed, or to see, correct or export your data, write to ops@pluspanel.net from the address you registered. You may also withdraw consent at any time and complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
