Pricing questions
What counts as a server?
One machine that runs PlusPanel: a dedicated server or a KVM VPS. It counts once, whatever its size and however many accounts, domains or sites it hosts.
Unlimited accounts — really?
Yes. The limits are the ones you set for your customers, not the ones we set for you. Your bill does not grow with your success.
What happens to founding pricing later?
Nothing. Locked means locked: €9 per server per month for as long as you stay a customer, on every server you add. The founding terms are written into the contract you sign when founding opens.
VAT?
Prices exclude VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism; everyone else pays the VAT rate of their country.
