Placeholder pending legal review. PlusPanel is not on sale yet; the full Terms of Service and the Data Processing Agreement are published before the beta, and nobody can become a customer before then.
Who we are
pluspanel.net is operated by 2Lines Sistem, Bucharest, Romania. Contact:ops@pluspanel.net.
What applies today
- This website is information about a product in development. Nothing on it is an offer you can accept.
- Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. How we handle the address is in theprivacy notice.
- Feature statuses (LIVE, GA, ROADMAP) describe the state on the date of the page; plans can change, and the roadmap says so.
- Facts about other products are quoted from their official sources with the date we verified them. If you find an error, write to us and we correct it.
What the customer contract will contain
The promises made on this site become contract terms when sales open:
- The Free tier: one server, with the published limits, without a time limit.
- The Founding 100 price: €9 per server per month, locked for as long as the subscription runs, for every server the customer adds.
- Per-server pricing without per-account fees.
- Data processing in the EU, with the supplier list of the privacy notice, under a GDPR Article 28 DPA.
- Fail-open licensing: an outage of our licence service never stops a customer's servers.
Law
Romanian law and EU law apply. Consumers keep the protections of their country of residence.
