Privacy of the PlusPanel app
This page covers the PlusPanel app for Android and iOS and the PlusPanel web app installed from a browser. The privacy policy of PlusPanel applies to everything else.
Who: 2Lines Sistem, Bucharest, Romania, the company behind PlusPanel. Contact: ops@pluspanel.net.
What the app is
Section titled “What the app is”The app shows the PlusPanel panel of your hosting provider. Everything you see and do in it is the panel’s own: the same account, the same data, hosted in the European Union.
Data on your device
Section titled “Data on your device”- Session: the cookies that keep you signed in, as in a browser.
- Saved panel data: the answers of the pages you opened, kept so the app can show them offline; deleted when you sign out or when the session ends.
- This device’s notification registration, when you turn notifications on.
Data the app sends
Section titled “Data the app sends”Only to your panel’s address: what you do in the panel. The app contains no advertising, no analytics and no tracking SDK, and uses no advertising identifier.
Push notifications
Section titled “Push notifications”When you turn them on, your browser creates an encrypted push subscription, which the panel stores with the device name you see under Notifications & devices. Notifications travel through your browser’s push service (Google, Mozilla or Apple), encrypted end to end (RFC 8291): the push service sees only that a message is sent, never its content. Remove the device under Notifications & devices to stop them; a subscription the push service ends is deleted automatically.
Retention and deletion
Section titled “Retention and deletion”- Devices: until you remove them, or the push service ends the subscription.
- Notification history: 7 days.
- Your account: ask the organization that runs your panel (your hosting provider) to delete it; deleting an account removes its devices and preferences. PlusPanel deletes accounts on request at ops@pluspanel.net.
Your rights
Section titled “Your rights”You have the rights of the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) and may complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
